No payment is due upon initial registration. Official invoices, payment deadlines and beneficiary bank details are issued by the organizer after your application is approved.

International publishers, booksellers, rights agents, importers/distributors, educational solution providers and other book-industry organizations.

Does registration guarantee a booth?

No. Applications are subject to organizer review, space allocation and payment verification.

How do I submit proof of payment?

After your application is approved, use the Proof of Payment page and enter your registration reference and registered email.

Can I request a custom-built booth?

Yes. Choose Rare Space (Custom Design). The custom design, fit-out and any contractor arrangements are finalized manually with the organizer.
